Sale of Deceased Estate

Linda handled the sale of a close friend mine who had recently died. I was acting as executor for the estate, but was based in Auckland, so needed an agent who I could implicitly trust to advise and handle the sale. The property was not in ideal shape for sale. Linda recommended a local company to clean the house and remove rubbish etc. She coordinated access with the company, who did a great job. The offer we accepted was the best, in the upper range of Linda's pricing. It was a cash offer, making it easy for us with a relatively short settlement date. Linda was great to deal with. Professional and always reachable, making my life easier to focus on other estate duties that I had.
