I have had experience with Glenn previously in a very minor capacity prior to making the decision to sell our house in Wellington. We didn't really shop around as we knew we were in safe hands from our previous, although short, experience with Glenn. Due to COVID we were unable to travel to NZ to sort out our affairs, this is where Glenn really stood out for us. His communication was excellent, never once was I left wondering, he replied promptly and didn't bombard us with ridiculous questions. His attention to detail and market knowledge put my wife and I both at ease. As our property was a two part tenancy Glenn had to go the extra mile to ensure things ran smoothly, the journey was as smooth as a mill pond and we never received one ripple!! Our tenants even commented on how great Glenn was to deal with. I can honestly say the process couldn't have gone better, we had a good product, an amazing agent, and a more than fantastic result. Warrick was very patient showing me many houses for a long time but we never found the place I really wanted. Finally I decided to sell my house and buy a villa in a retirement village and I sounded Warrick out to sell my house as a "doer upper". After thinking about other agents I told Warrick he could do it. He was so very helpful and co-operative with everything I wanted, from getting rid of furniture I didn't want, tidying vegetation, cleaning and disposing of a huge amount of useless stuff accumulated over the years.
