We bought our current house through Glenn, 7 years ago. We found him funny, genuine, laid back, and willing to meet up with us to view houses at short notice. He was noticeably different from most other agents - he even told us that his approach is just to be honest with clients, as dishonesty will blow back eventually. Glenn has been working as an agent long term, and he's clearly built up trust in clients over that time. After the 7 year interim, we had no hesitation to contact him to sell our house for us. Despite a difficult market, currently, he managed to find buyers. The whole process felt straightforward, and he did an excellent job of brokering between us and the those we're now selling to. Tricky market, tricky house, expensive house. Not a great combination of factors. Added to that I had made an unconditional purchase and not selling was not an option. I have been in property a long time and seldom have I worked with an agent who not only keeps you fully updated but casts their net far and wide, leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of finding the right buyer. Ramon is smart, mentally agile, always positve, honest and without fail finds solutions to the most trying situations... and we had more than our share. I have not had a good experience with Tommy's in the past but an excellent agent is an excellent agent and I would sell with Ramon again in a nanosecond.
