What made our decision to use Glenn to sell our house was his enthusiasm from the get go to be involved in the process. He made time to answer questions and to come back to us promptly when we made requests. Alice impressed me from the start with her focus and knowledge. During a tough time in the housing market she worked hard to find and keep buyers. Her communication through the process was consistent and thorough with good advice. The ultimate buyer was one who expressed interest early but needed Alice to stay close and work hard to achieve multiple offers before the final negotiation. The market dictated an offer lower than original expectations but still acceptable to us. Hard worker. Great communication. Smart and easy to deal with.
