Assistance with arranging for tradespeople do work both inside (such as heat pump maintenance) and outside was very much appreciated. We engaged Alice to work with us remotely as we tried to sell our home from a far. Her communication style is relaxed, efficient and timely leaving no ambiguity and always being to one step ahead. We found our experience with Alice and Tommy’s so smooth despite having to rush to get our house on the market. This was our second time trying to sell our property and felt Alice and Tommy’s was really considerate of the initial costs we incurred trying to sell our property the first time so subsequently helped us out the second time round. Our property was tenanted and by all accounts Alice did a great job liasing with the tenant and was respectful of their circumstance. When we had an unconditional offer before tender we were very impressed with her negotiating skills which subsequently resulted in us getting a price we were happy with despite the difficult market. Alice made everything about our first house purchase easy and uncomplicated. We had high expectations, some complicated conditions, and first time inexperience that meant we were very cautious and demanding. She solved our insurance issue by reaching out to her contacts. She negotiated the conditions we placed on our offer with great diplomacy. We were totally satisfied they were met despite the considerable effort required by the seller. Her good humour and warmth was probably a significant factor in her success in achieving this. If she is available when we ever come to sell, we will not be considering another agent.
