When I decided to put my house on the market I was looking for a company that could get it sold quickly at a fair market price. Alistair's presentation indicated that he had a good appreciation of my situation, and had a well thought out marketing plan. He had a keen understanding of current market conditions and knew how to leverage the unique features of the house to generate buyer interest. He advised me to invest in obtaining reports that would provide assurance to first home buyers, and an advertising campaign that would provide maximum reach.
