We bought our new home through Alice and were impressed with her decisive, clear and calm approach. Choosing her to sell our house was an easy choice and it paid off with our home selling in 2 weeks! Alice has an impressive knowledge of her trade. Every bit of advise she gave us was excellent - from suggestions of staging companies, to how to market and price our home. It became incredibly clear to me what a good job Alice had done when a video came up on instagram of a house that I thought looked nice only to realise it was a video Alice had taken of our home. Alice is an extremely hard worker. No issue seemed to difficult for her to sort or support us with. She was easily available and went out of our way to make life easier for us - doing things like dropping documents to our house. We are very thankful to Alice and recommend her 100%.

Alice is an extremely clear communicator and was in constant touch with me, making sure I was fully aware of what was happening. Alice developed a clear plan for the sale of my property, and once we were underway also ensured that we had a plan b and c in play, which ended up being needed. Throughout the plan Alice was constantly working one (if not more) step ahead so that we were able to react when needed. We used a bit of AI to select our agent, we wanted someone with experience, who understood our neighbourhood and local market, and understood our unque property. Glen fitted the bill perfectly. He lives locally, knew the area well and had an excellent understanding of the unique property and what we needed to do as a team to sell the property. He is easy to deal with, sensitive to your situation and is very genuine and honest. He quickly designed an effective marketing programme, arranged everything and got things moving quickly. Communication was clear and exactly as you needed it, if there was interest he would say so, but also was honest if there wasn't. After each open home he followed up and worked hard to keep the interest going. We end up with multiple offers because of his hard work. I honestly believe he couldnt have done more to sell the property and this was reflected with the sale and the excellent result in both price and timeframes.
