I picked Jill to sell my late brothers home and was very pleased with the process and end result. Jill sold the property to John some 10 years ago and I remember that he was happy with the result. Kapiti is a small district and with Jill’s tenure in the business her reputation was also a significant reason for picking Jill. Appreciating that we were selling in a challenging market Jill came up with a realistic plan, also accepting that we were in the winter months. Her feedback was excellent from the many open homes held, some in pretty awful weather. After some months of hard work we achieved a realistic result. The new owners seem very happy with their decision so hope they enjoy the property as much as my brother did.
