Not having met Tom, Harriet and Nick prior to the start of the journey they quickly instilled a level of confidence in us that they were the right team to handle the sale of our property. They gave us room to have input into the preparation for sale period and then the sale process. The open homes were well managed and generated a high level of interest which resulted in a large number of clean tenders being received. The sale price achieved was at the very high end of our realistic expectations. Overall we are totally ecstactic with the result achieved by Tom, Harriet and Nick.

Tom and his team took on a difficult proposition – but they were warned! This was never going to be a straightforward property to sell, for a number of reasons, and after the initial optimism and enthusiasm weren't yielding immediate results they didn't panic, we all settled in to a period of realism – and got a result. Not quite the price Tom, Nick and Harriet set out to get for us but one we're happy with. The team communicated well and never appeared to lose faith. They liaised well with our tenant. They didn't fill us with false hope, nor try to talk us down too far. Their marketing fees and sales commission were fair and when we didn't sell within their initial agency term they carried on at no extra expense to us. We can recommend Team Tom to do a good honest job, to be pleasant to deal with at all times, and not to give up.
