Tom, Nick and Harriet are Absolutely wonderful to work with, Able to get my place on the market super speedily when I Needed, flexible, always informed of the process and what was happening, couldn’t ask for better communication- was completely easy throughout! So much confidence in the process with these three , such an incredible result too!
Tom, Nick and Harriet provided a very professional service in selling our rental properties, and proved very adept at juggling buyers! Their regular communication was first rate and we were always fully aware of where things were at and what our options were. Thank you all
Tom is very knowledgeable about the market and he and the team were very responsive. Toms integrity and professionalism appealed to us and we felt He and the team had our interests at heart.
Tom, Nick and Harriet were absolutely fantastic. High communication is very important to me; especially as this was my first time selling my home. The team were great at keeping us updated with progress and helping us throughout the process. They were also helpful by translating buyer concerns/prospective, and what those concerns/prospective meant for us. I felt like the guys were realistic price-wise, but also wanted to get a great outcome for us, which they did above and beyond our expectations. They have helped us through what was a very nervous time and delivered a fantastic result. I will be recommending the team to my family and friends in the future.
I couldn’t rave more about my experience with Tom and the team at Lowe&Co. They truly though of everything from a clear and well-designed campaign, expert advice on marketing strategies and super easy & regular communication via WhatsApp. Tom and the team demonstrated a genuine care and respect for my needs and selling goals, and made me feel comfortable and in safe hands throughout the entire process. Most importantly, they secured me a great sale price! Can’t recommend enough.
It's been amazing to work with a "real" person to sell our house. We loved working with Tom because he was friendly and engaged, and we trusted him completely. On the business side of things, Tom and his team knew their stuff. They made it feel easy for us, explained everything we needed to know (all our stupid questions!) and guided us through the process every step of the way. The Lowe and Co team sold our house for us and now we can move on to the next chapter. We can recommend Tom highly.
Excellent communication and common sense advice from Tom, right from the outset. Didn't promise anything that wasn't obtainable. Always took the time to explain things and didn't rush us into any decisions. We would be coming back to Tom if we needed an agent in the future.
Tom, really looked after us. Tom, has great, local knowledge of the current market. Tom, was very attentive and listened well. He knew exactly what we were looking for. I appreciated his kind, caring manner, in a business where I have felt pressured by agents in the past. We are delighted with our new apartment. Thank you Tom!
Tom and his team were thorough, well prepared and professional through the entire process. Their marketing collateral and open homes stand out from other firms. Their overall strategy and tactics for maximising appeal and quality offers was impressive. Their networks are strong, a pleasant surprise was the quality of the people they work with who provide services to get a property ready for sale. Tom and his team met and exceeded all our expectations.
Tom, Nick and the team were great to deal with - professional, responsive and personable - and they got us a great price for our house. Would recommend.
As buyers we couldn’t have asked for better service. All our requests and additional viewings were accommodated with a smile.
