Cara and Dee took us to auction, they advised the best marketing plan and we had two bidders compete on the day. We didn’t quite reach the reserve, but once we priced the property on C&D’s advice we were sold unconditionally a day or two later to one of the bidders. While our agents were selling, a certain other company still has half a dozen or so for sale signs which were there before we hit the market!
