Communication with Cara was quick and easy on the many occasions we spoke. There was plenty of back and forth. My counters were questioned but I believe always conveyed to the seller along with my views. Likewise I received the same. Post the agreement on rates, Cara was excellent in assisting with the handover of the property and continues to be. I would utilise Cara as my agent again. I am happy with her service and the end result.
