A Seamless Experience From Out Of Town Owners

Selling our property at 141 Milton Street from out of town was always going to be a bit of a mission, but Marine Conrad made the whole experience far easier than we expected. The Nelson market has still not recovered in the way many of us hoped after covid, and while we did end up taking a loss, we felt genuinely grateful for the speed and commitment Marine brought to the sale. From the beginning she was organised, proactive and clear in her communication. She kept us updated at every step, handled the logistics we could not be there for and made sure the property was presented well. Even with us at a distance, we always felt that things were under control. What stood out most was the effort she put in to secure a quick result in a tough market. Her professionalism and drive gave us a sense of confidence during a pretty challenging time. We appreciate the work she did and the outcome she achieved for us.
