Selling our property at 141 Milton Street from out of town was always going to be a bit of a mission, but Marine Conrad made the whole experience far easier than we expected. The Nelson market has still not recovered in the way many of us hoped after covid, and while we did end up taking a loss, we felt genuinely grateful for the speed and commitment Marine brought to the sale.
