Mark was recommended to us by friends after he sold their house. We were wanting to sell a tenanted house in Kerikeri, and he impressed us by listening to our concerns about the tenants, and working with them really well, recommending a marketing strategy, and getting a good price for the house, that we were happy with. He put together some great photos, an excellent description of the property, and made the paperwork particularly easy for us.
