Yvenna and her team made the process of sell a pleasant experience. They were professional yet friendly and supportive. All guidance and advice was excellent and made us feel totally at ease as we progressed through the transition from going on the market to selling. I can’t thank them enough for their support and guidance. Again thanks Yvenna and your team much appreciated I highly recommend Yvenna to anyone that’s considering selling their home

From start till we purchase our home, Alan had help us alot and made the process look easy. He is very professional and has alot of knowledge about house market. Highly recommend Alan.

We had some concerns about having a agent who we didn't know to deal with our first house purchase, like what if the person doesn't understand us? What if he or she doesn't really care what we want, just desire to make money instead? What if...But, God loves us so much, HE sent Eric to us. All concerns were gone after only a few chats and houses viewings, during which Eric showed he did care and made every effort to guard our benefits. He didn't only send us some property links, but also inform us pros and cons, give price speculations to help us make decisions. He took us to open homes whenever it suited us like he was always there for us. He gave us information and knowledge about houses while walking with us around every open homes He spent a huge amount of time which I have never seen anyone else spend in their work, arranging house checks, answering questions we had, seeking answers for us and negotiating with other side. Anyway there wasn't any concerns with working with Eric, he is amazing!

Team Yvenna is great to work with, definitely getting the best result we want. Thanks Team!

Been working with Yvenna's team on few projects now, always great communication, great advice, great performance! Made the process so easy! Thanks team!

Craig and Yvenna provided a super service to us without doubt. Craig lead our home sale. What I liked up front was no pressure or false interest and no selling or free appraisal offer to me when I met him at an open home prior to deciding to sell. Instead a genuine interest in the me and my daughter who was with me, houses, renovations, gardening and ideas on polishing properties for sale. His rounded experience and up to date, front of mind knowledge around the local property market and realestate business was highly reassuring. I felt well supported by the extra mile Craig went as we got organised to go on sale: his punctuality, professionalism and honest local guy attitude. He worked hard for us, was never late or rushed, gently focussed my attention on key things to attend to and even dropped me off to an appointment when my car was being serviced. Both Craig and Yvenna were always full of smiles and warmth. Their team's communications were highly punctual, no matter what time of the day. Their photographer took his time and did a superb job. They love their job and set a high bar for their peers.

Hard working, energetic and very reliable. Will work again if I have another property to sell.
