When we first met Jess we had no fixed idea as to whether we were intending to buy a section or a house. We were also unsure of where in Twizel we wanted to purchase. Karan was amazing to deal with. We have had a particularly rough time due to a sick family member, which happened just as we put our property on the market and throughout the process. Karan just dealt with everything and all we needed to do was respond to phone calls and agree to viewings and eventually signing documents. All this was done remotely, totally stress free and within 9 weeks. I believe if we had not had Karan, we would have pulled the property off the market until our personnel situation had changed.
