As we are not based in Twizel, Jess kept us informed with the progress of the sale of our section throughout the process. She gave great, helpful advice and was always available for us to call her sometimes it had to be in the evening.
Soffe answered the phone promptly, fielded a myriad of questions, answered our questions comprehensively and read our reactions to her information accurately. Additionally, Soffe also met us at short notice whenever we asked.
