It was an absoute joy to work alongside Tracy. She was always available and so helpful every step of the way. We were impressed with her marketing skills, Tracy certainly has a way with words! She made this experience stress free. We would highly recommend her as a realtor.
Tracey and Wayne were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. They have restored my faith in the concept that real estate agents can operate with honesty and integrity while still achieving great outcomes. Thank you.
We are selling first home and we have no idea what to do.But Team Trayne guide us and make smooth selling our house.Thank you Tracy and The Team. Great work.
We met Team Trayne at an open home in July last year and were impressed right form the start. They were the first to be in contact about selling our house, they were the quickest off the line to arrange an appraisal and really understood what we were trying to achieve. They met with us the following day, and continued to show they were the hardest working team going round. Their understanding of our local market and experience was invaluable in helping us to understand how to get the most for our home. We were delighted with our result. Team Trayne's communication throughout the process was amazing. We never felt like we needed to chase them for anything, we'd already had a text or a call before we needed to ask a question. Everything from listing, right through to the auction process was communicated clearly and in advance. Team Trayne have continued to support us in our search for our next house, and have provided sage advice whenever we have needed it. Team Trayne really do feel like they are on our team, and we unreservedly recommend them if you are looking to sell your house.
We recently purchased a property though Team Trayne. We had gotten to know Wayne and Tracey as we made our way through the house buying process. Extremely hard to fault their service as they were always relentlessly positive and always available to chat over all and any detail. Highly commend them for their service (Wayne also kindly donated his lawnmower!!). Looking forward to working with Team Trayne in the future.
Tracy and Wayne did their best to help us get the info we needed to bid at auction with confidence. Thanks for your help Tracy and Wayne.
I could not be happier with the support and outcome achieved by Team Trayne (Tracy and Wayne). They quickly worked to identify the particular issues and opportunities for the property. They designed a great marketing strategy and called out all stops to promote the property and achieve the sale. Their communication was great throughout the process, with clear updates and proposed actions. Their support during the auction was fabulous given I am overseas. I felt I was always in very safe hands.
Tracey (Team Trayne) went above and beyond from the marketing stage to the extra open homes and everything in-between. If you are looking for a dynamic team with a point of difference and that personal touch then look no further. I found 100% recommend Tracy to anyone and will be using them again in the future!!
Tracey and Wayne came recommended to us from a friend who had also used their services previously. From the very first meeting they gave us an all round fabulous service. Their knowledge of the market, the information pack they provided us with prior to our property being ready to go to market was really insightful and gave us confidence to sign up with them. Their communication was always timely and informative, they gave us reassurance, and support and helped us navigate some of the delays during a house makeover enabling us to meet the timeframes we had set ourselves to get the property ready for sale. Overall Team Trayne have been the dream team to work with, coupled with a dream campaign, the easiest house sale ever for us, at a fantastic price, all done and dusted in a matter of days! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service! Thank you Team Trayne for everything!
We found Team Trayne to be thoroughly professional from the outset. Their guidance through the listing, evaluation of the pros and cons of the property that we were selling, and honesty in assessing a realistic outcome was second to none. We also found that they would go the extra mile to assist with issues as they arose during the marketing campaign, engineers report and engaging a plumber at short notice ,just to mention a couple of instances. I would not hesitate to engage Wayne and Tracy should you be considering selling your home.
