Wayne & Tracy are both very Professional, friendly and have a wide knowledge of the area and all aspects of Real Estate. Due to lock down restrictions I was unable to travel to Auckland to arrange maintenance on the property before Auction. I listened to their advise to get a few things tidied and to have the house staged. They met all tradespeople,arranged access plus the busy task of meeting people for viewings one by one. Their communication was excellent through phone calls, txt or email. I was always kept informed.
