We meet Steve on the Sunday viewing schedule. Steve is very accommodating and kind. He has always entertained questions and answered them swiftly. When I provided an offer that was below the vendor's expectation, Steve did not shut me down. Instead, he told me that my offer will reach the vendor. Steve was patient with us during the whole process of buying the property. He provided us with all the information we asked for. We met Lesley in the second time that we visited the property. She was very honest about the issue of the property when we asked why it was still in the market for quite a while. It was a great pleasure working with the Sotheby team.
