We were very impressed with Kim's professional conduct and real estate knowledge. She communicated clearly with us and in a timely manner. She explained the sales and marketing process for our house and the pros and cons of the different sales methods. She gave us a timeline for the sales. We received a report each week for the potential buyers who came through the house. There were a couple of obstacles in the process and Kim was able to suggest ways to sort these out and provided extra professionals at the open home who could talk to buyers. We got a pre auction offer and Kim explained the process to us and what we needed to do. We sold our house with an offer that was more than satisfactory to us and altogether a great outcome.

Very profesional and kept well informed

Quintin and his team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and it made for an easy decision to entrust them with the sale of our house. Quintins market knowledge was excellent and he was highly effective in communicating with us at every step of the process. His guidance and advice enabled us to sell quickly and at a good price in the current market.

Quintin was professional and got the sale. We had a terrible experience with Ray White and Steven Liang of Manukau branch who we intially signed up this property and two others in Auckland. He failed to meet or get anywhere near expectations and was only interested in a sale. Quintin was more attentive, certainly more professional and did listen. I would use him again (but not Ray White). He was easy to talk to and got us a sale. The price was well below what we hoped for but that is the state of the market. He knows his stuff and is a good salesman/agent.

Selling your house can be very stressful, but our experience was anything but. Quintin was with us every step of the way, professional but friendly and calmed our nerves through the whole process. Quintin worked so hard for us, he was available and easy to talk to and made us feel a part of the Ray White family. We can highly recommend Quintin and his wonderful team.

We purchased a house off Quintin and had previously gotten close to buying another property he was selling. He was always professional, willing to help to make accomodations for viewings and house inspections, and honest with us during the sales process. We really appreciated the robust discussion we could have about whether the market was at and felt like he was genuinely working towards an good outcome for both buyer and seller. Great experience overall. Would definitely consider selling a property through Quintin although hopefully that is a long way off!
