Quintin arranged the viewings at short notice. He was very accommodating and very fast with emailing us the information we required. Quintin had the backing of his team and/or the office to assist him, but he stayed available by phone even while he was traveling overseas. The paperwork at the end was a breeze, because everything was done online, thus avoiding the need for us to sign, scan and email all the pages.
