Friendly and easy to deal with

Very friendly and easy to deal with, as a seller in this market you have to be prepared to meet the market. Agents will get you exposure to the market but at the end of the day you can't expect 2021 prices. I think the price Phil and Liz secured was a fair price in the current climate and I would recomend them as an effective team! They are also much cheaper than the larger real estate companies, they worked out 15k cheaper than the likes of Summit and in a climate where sale prices aren't top dollar lowering costs helps squeeze more value from your home.
