Mary and Sarah were fantastic to deal with and really went above and beyond throughout the whole sale. It wasn’t the easiest property to sell, and with me being based in Australia there were plenty of things that could have made the process difficult. Instead, they made it feel surprisingly easy. They kept me updated constantly, were always happy to help with the little things like dropping off keys, collecting mail and checking on the property, and never made any of it feel like a hassle. A big plus for me was how comfortable they were using modern technology to communicate. Being able to handle things quickly by email, messages, video and digital documents made a huge difference when I was managing everything from overseas. They were professional, practical and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I really appreciated everything they did to get the property sold and would happily recommend them to anyone.
