Mary and Sarah work like a well-oiled machine together. They communicated everything to us seamlessly and comprehensively. The WhatsApp text group was such a great way for us to keep our finger on the pulse. We were hundreds of kilometres away through the duration of our time working with Mary & Sarah, so we were impressed that it really didn’t feel like there was any distance between us. Whenever we were in town, Mary or Sarah made sure to pop in to see us in person, which went a long way towards making us feel that they valued us as clients. Their market knowledge and advice was totally spot on. Right from the first phone call I had with Sarah to feel things out, she made a game plan. The feedback from each and every visitor or inquiry they had for our house was detailed and helpful. It all started with the valuation and the knowledge of the market trends and which selling strategy to apply, and at this point we decided to trust their experience. They didn't fail us through the entire process. We've seen plenty of real estate signs around without sold stickers in spite of being in the market longer and this is possibly the best testament to how effective selling a house is with Mary and Sarah. They seemed as invested as we were which was easy to see in the initial valuation which included recommended improvements that could be made prior to sale to enhance the general public appeal. Beyond this, Sarah made time to itemize room by room exactly how the house should be presented for photos and open homes and I believe this meant we put our best foot forward. Being that we were novices in buying and selling, we had a lot of questions we'd consider to be quite stupid but at no point were we made to feel that way when we asked them. Mary and Sarah are super friendly, personable and approachable. They exude professionalism which we've seen first hand in open homes we've attended ourselves. They go above and beyond with their level of detail in feedback as well as their follow ups with potential interested parties to drive results. We can't recommend their service enough. We've been told buying and selling real estate is one of life's more stressful experiences, and while we did put in a lot of work, Mary and Sarah made this about as stress free as I believe it could possibly be.

They have very strong market knowledge. We weren't led down any corridors. We knew exactly where our house was positioned from start to finish. We loved their sense of humor honestly and integrity. There was genuine commitment to getting a sale for us.
Highly recommend Team Sarah and Mary….your needs are a top priority to them from start to finish! They are great listeners and hear your expectations, needs, wants etc but their honesty and realistic outlook keep you grounded without shattering your dreams altogether!! They are committed to obtaining a sale or a purchase for you… for us it was both! It would have to be a record… they listed, photographed, advertised, one open home, found a buyer, negotiated and sold our property all inside a week! Which meant we didn’t lose the property we had an offer on!! Their timing was impeccable! Sarah and Mary are great communicators, always easy to understand, keep you in the loop regularly, enjoy seeing the lighter side of life, and know their job and everything to do with the small print! They are also great communicators between each other! For example…Sarah flies to Denmark for a planned and much anticipated reunion with her brother, while Mary looks after business at home! Well they might have been thousands of miles apart, but both turned up to present our offer!! Yep Mary was sitting on our floor, Sarah was on her phone sitting on our coffee table!!
