Sarah Frater has been an absolute gem in helping my wife and sister (whom live in Wellington and Australia) sell a beautiful little home inherited from their late parents. We were unable to be present to oversee renovations prior to the sale and Sarah had contractors lined up to begin work almost as soon as our tenants moved out.
