From the very beginning, Nicky was incredibly easy to deal with and always made us feel like we were in good hands. Although we only met her once, at our first viewing of what is now our home, communication with her throughout the entire process was seamless. She was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely made sure we were well looked after. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mark a few times during the open homes and again for our final inspection over the weekend. Both Nicky and Mark were always so friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to and deal with, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Nicky was fantastic at answering all our questions and helping with any requests along the way, making what can sometimes be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Although Nicky wasn’t able to meet us for the final inspection, we’re really hoping to see her again tomorrow when we finally get the keys to our new home! We’re so excited for this next chapter and are incredibly grateful for all the help and support Team Malloy has given us throughout the journey. Thank you so much, Team Malloy!
