The Malloy team are fantastic. However, we worked with Nicky a lot, and her knowledge and experience of the real estate industry is exemplary. She provided sound advice along the way, and is also very accommodating. Nicky also has a lot of contacts and was able to recommend 3rd parties to assist us with minor issues around the home. Nicky responds quickly to messages and the free use of the 'Malloy Team' box truck is another tick for this trio. All the best and thanks - we got there in the end.

Working with Nicky was very easy from the get go. Her professionalism and knowledge toward our house sale gave me confidence and trust that we were in good hands and I believe our house would not have sold with out her help and expertise. Working with Nicky and Georgia has been a great experience, from amazing communication - with very prompt reply's on the WhatsApp group chat, giving good updates with open homes to good advise where we needed it. I would definitely sell my house with Nicky again.

The Malloy team work hard using an intelligent marketing strategy to obtain a sale. They understand the current market and the local demographic, are positive, communicate with the vendor regularly and honestly around open home results and general progress. They obtained a sale in a depressed market quickly. I would highly recommend them and would chose them again.

Nicky and team sold our house while we were overseas. Communication was excellent and we were always kept up to date. Nicky organised video calls to suit the difference in time zones so we still had meetings and developed a good relationship despite the distance. She took time to understand our position and the reasons we were selling. As we were out of the country, there were a lot of extra tasks and Nicky and team took these on without a second thought. Nicky was extremely knowledgeable when we hit some unforeseen legal issues, and we would never have got the resolution we did without her advocating for us and using her connections. I cannot rate her highly enough. Nicky went above and beyond for us.

**Team Malloy - Exceptional Real Estate Experience!** I have had the pleasure of working with Nicky and Georgia during the sale process of my home and I cannot recommend Team Malloy highly enough! From our very first meeting, they demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the local market and an unwavering commitment to selling my home for the right price that I was thrilled about. What stood out the most was Nicky's and Georgia's attention to detail and personalised approach. They took the time to understand my needs, and budget. Nicky amd Georgia were always responsive, answering my questions promptly and providing valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions. Beyond their professional expertise, Nicky and Georgia are absolutely a pleasure to work with. They have warm bubbly personalities and a positive attitude that made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly enjoyable. I hired team Malloy in the sale of my property. I found Nicky to be knowledgeable , professional and friendly in her approach. However the agent who assisted me predominantly in the sale process and who is a team member of team Malloy was Georgia. I found Georgia to be an excellent real estate agent. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and she kept me updated during the process. My property was conditionally sold within a week and went unconditional a few weeks later. From my experience with the sale of my property, I highly recommend Team Malloy. Thanks!!

We had an unusual home for the location to market and their diligence and service surpassed any expectations. The effort they threw behind our property could not be faulted. From the first point of contact to the private viewings and open homes, follow-ups and constant communication reassured us that they were actively involved in all aspects of the sale. With extensive superior market knowledge, the advice received was accompanied by knowledge of style, quality, and value of property. This translated into honest conversations around preparations for market, constant feedback, through to sale expectations for our property with transparent negotiation. Nicky understood the stresses and decisions that needed to be made, being able to trust your agent is key to the experience. Both Nicky and Georgia had our full trust. The personal touches were gracious and welcomed. We could not heap more praise on Nicky, Georgia and the team. These are the reasons why this team is so deservedly successful; they understand people first. Go Team Malloy! They must be anyone's first choice for Real Estate in West Auckland

Only had contact with Nicky when we were drawing up the sale and purchase agreement, she was really responsive and changed things as we requested. Otherwise we only dealt with other team members. The rest of the team were responsive but sometimes were unhelpful or contradictory when answering questions.

Nicky is a fantastic agent and I'm glad she was selling the home we purchased. She was friendly, warm and welcoming and was really knowledgeable on the property. She made the process nice and clear and easy and was great to work with!

We are absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Nicky and the team! From the initial consultation to the sale of our house, they were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Our house was on the market for just 3 days and we received multiple offers. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. We highly recommend Nicky and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Their expertise, communication skills and dedication to their clients are truly exceptional. Thank you for making this process so smooth and stress free!

Friendly approachable and well prepared. All my questions were followed through promptly- I highly recommend Nicky to anyone selling or purchasing!

We worked with Georgia, Nicky and Celia from Team Malloy and from the first open home, we were impressed with their warmth, professionality and commitment. It's rare to find homes that look like the pictures but even rarer to find homes that look BETTER. Communication with Georgia was easy throughout the whole buying process, she was always on hand to to answer all our questions and cheered us on the whole way through. Nicky and Celia were very accommodating with our extra visits to the property and their wealth of experience was reassuring. As first home buyers, it's especially lovely to be so supported throughout the process. They never once pressured or rushed us, were forthcoming with any information we asked for. We really couldn't be happier! Thank you Team Malloy for being a part of making our first home dreams come true!
