Nicky organised video calls to suit the difference in time zones so we still had meetings and developed a good relationship despite the distance. Only had contact with Nicky when we were drawing up the sale and purchase agreement, she was really responsive and changed things as we requested. Otherwise we only dealt with other team members. The rest of the team were responsive but sometimes were unhelpful or contradictory when answering questions.
