Nicky’s was very professional but also friendly that made you feel that you were dealing with someone with integrity. Everything was clearly explained to me prior to signing the agreement to sell. I was kept updated in a very timely manner, even once the open homes were completed within 15mins I would get a call or text providing me with the update. Nicky has a great team behind her that ensures nothing is forgotten or actioned when she says it will be done, it’s done! Overall, it was a pleasure to deal with her and would definitely be using her again and recommending her for anyone else thinking of selling.
Nicky is a very friendly person who puts you at ease immediately. She makes you feel very valued, lets you know what the market value is and gives you most of the details you need to sell. She keeps you in the loop all the way. I will admit that when she makes up her mind, she will go out of her way to get the deal, which happened and hence the sale of our property was completed prior to the Xmas-New Year decreased real estate sales.
