As a buyer, I expected agent to set the expectation with the vendor in terms of handing over the keys. On a day of settlement, I waited for 4 hours to get the keys after the settlement was completed. I had to call the agent multiple times to know the time I can get the keys and every time, I got the same response "Don't worry, I am following up with the solicitor :)".
