We were in Auckland for one week, found what we wanted to buy and rang the Real Estate agency from the building site. Nicky was able to see us straight away that Thursday and provided a brochure on the development. We were able to read the other documents we needed on their website on Thursday night. Nicky found the answers to our subsequent queries promptly, created the sale and Purchase document and was able to see us so we could sign our offer on Friday. That was helpful to our tight time frame.
