I'm very grateful to Team Malloy: Nicky, Georgia, Mark, Emma, and handyman Rob for their help with selling my house. Nicky and Georgia are excellent communicators, sending me a video on What's App after every open home, very responsive to my questions, and a positive attitude. Mark came and mowed my lawns for free a couple of times. Team Malloy have additional services such as Rob who got my property shipshape, trimming hedges, mowing the lawn, taking stuff to the dump, fixing stuff in the house. They also provide a moving truck. Highly recommended!

We signed up with Nicky and her team last year. We hoped to get the house on the market soon. Their amazing team tidied up the gardens, put new flooring in the bathrooms, a new hand basin in the bathroom and washed the house, driveway and decks to get the house ready for the market. While doing this we realised we need a new ensuite shower installed. Nicky, Mark and Georgia project managed it all for us. It made it so painless. They were great communicating with our tenant to sort everything too. Any time I had a question they were happy to help and showed they genuinely wanted to make the process as seamless as possible. Despite all these renovations and a dropping Auckland house market we managed to get a sold sticker up!
