Gave good advice, managed expectations in a difficult market environment, oversaw a good marketing campaign, and ran an auction that gave probably the best outcome under circumstances. Very glad we made this choice.

Great service by Jamie from start to finish. Regular communications ensured I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. Really felt like helping sell for a good price was a priority. Would highly recommend.

My experience with Jamie was professional honest and went smoothly. I would recommend Jamie to friend's and family to sell or purchase their next prooerty. Jamie was very accommodating and pointed out the things thatneeded doing to the property which I really appreciated.

Jamie was absolutely fantastic to work with. His market knowledge and communication was second to none. The ultimate professional.

Jamie had great knowledge about the market and was very informative in our discussions around pricing and negotiations. He kept me in the loop at every step and I trusted his judgment all the way to the very end.

Jamie was very knowledgable on all aspects of listing my home and what would be the best way to market it. We were kept informed throughout the process and everything went very smoothly.

Jamie, from the begging I thought ‘here’s ya smooth typical salesman, but he seems genuine and even our broker was impressed by his genuineness’. Through our dealings with Jamie from day dot, nothing was ever an issue and was more than accommodating with extra viewings and inspections done and keeping us posted with updates of our first home purchase. Jamie we can’t thank you enough, for all your help and assistance you are truly great to deal with and will be making recommendations in our network to head your way. Ps the liquids didn’t last long, All the best and Thanks again B&B

Jamie is super helpful and friendly. He is easy to get in contact with, and has assisted us with purchasing two homes.

It was time to sell my fathers home I live in Australia and Jamie had sold my last house in NZ in 2010 so I reached out to him explaining what I wanted to do, he came back with a great proposal and update of the market in Palmerston North After reviewing his proposal regarding selling the property I left the rest up to him, regular updates nothing was a problem and truly compassionate and understanding of my position selling a property remotely, in under 3 weeks multiple bodies interested and we took the best offer. I couldn’t recommend him any higher for great service that his years in the industry bring to the table.

Jamie helped guide me through the whole process, great communication regardig process, times and feed back. Followed through with what he said, organized window cleaners and gardener - amazing. Very fast sale, very professional and would use Jamie again and highly recommend.

We brought and sold our home/s with Jamie and cannot recommend him highly enough! His knowledge, expertise and genuine care was second to none. He made both processes so easy. Thanks so much Jamie! 😊
