Bronte and Jaime were scanning the market for 6 months plus, being us multiple options off market, for immediate use, for future development potential, for temporary till we found ‘the’ one, they were on our side wanting to find a solution the entire time. The knew our limits and didn’t angle for anything more. I have never met agents like them in my years of selling and purchasing. In the end they ideal result for us and we’re very grateful.

Absolutely outstanding service from Bronte! I had a fantastic experience with Bronte and couldn't recommend her highly enough. She coached me through the entire auction process, providing excellent advice, clear communication and genuine support every step of the way. Her knowledge, experience and calm approach made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and gave me the confidence to make the right decisions. Bronte genuinely went above and beyond, and I really appreciated her time, effort and guidance throughout the process. Would 100% recommend Bronte to anyone looking for someone who really knows their stuff!

Jamie and Bronte were welcoming from the first time we met them. They showed us another home but we missed out on it. They never forgot about us and when the opportunity for a new build came up we took it. Bronte showed us around and we went from there. Communicating the entire time with timelines and handover process. They were very professional and understanding with all the questions we had.

We would like to acknowledge the amazing effort put in by Phoebe to help make the process easy and stress free. She was super accommodating around viewings and inspecting the property after hours. Her communication throughout the process was also amazing. Thanks to the rest of the Harcourts team too who helped us to make this purchase possible. And congrats Phoebe on your first sale, I’m sure it won’t be the last. Cheers Matt & Lana

Sold my house quickly in a difficult market.

Jamie exhibited great patience as we negotiated the sale of our Taupo property which enabled us to move forward with our Feilding purchase. Jamie maintained ongoing contact but allowed us time to secure a sale without pressure. Was able to secure the property for us on our first offer. Has also been very obliging with meeting our timings for visits prior to purchase

Super communicative, friendly and approachable team that made the process feel easy. Their experience and knowledge definitely made us feel confident throughout the process and we always felt that we were in good hands. Highly recommend them and would use again!
