We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Ava Wang. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Ava, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on, and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Ava walked us through every step of the negotiation. We will always recommend Ava to our friends who want to sell their house or buy a new house!

Ava is a fantastic realtor. She is doing a great job and extremely responsive during the purchasing process. She is a knowledgeable and provides stress free service which is a big help. I would recommend to contact her if you need help with buying or selling your properties.

Dee is a very kind and passionate agent I have met. She responds to my questions and favours very quickly and kindly. She is always willing to help.

Lin was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable throughout the campaign. We found her very calming during a stressful time and her communication was outstanding and way above our expectations!

Ava Wang is a very responsible and knowledgeable house agent. She provided us lots of useful and advisable information during we choosing our home. She can coordinate all parties timely as well. All her efforts made us have our own new home. Many thanks to her. That is a quite happy and high efficiency house purchasing experience. We will choose her unhesitatingly as our agent in the future if we need any real estate service. An excellent home, a good friend. Thank you Ava.

Ava was very pleasant to work with, and went above and beyond for us. We were out of town buyer and due to lockdown we were not able to view the properties in Christchurch in person. Ava kindly offered to do the video call and showed us all the properties that we were interested at the time including other agent's listings. She is enthusiastic in what she does and looks after her client. We couldn't thank her enough.

Ava was a very dedicated real estate agent. We were not living in Christchurch, we travelled there in April 2020 and visited three Open Homes with the Ava' assistance. She explained the houses' layouts and ages in detail. And she analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the houses. She also observed the existing problems of the three houses. unfortunately we didn't choose the three houses. We stayed in touch with Ava when we got back to Palmerston North and view the property via facetime chat. She analyzed the house report with us too. (Another agent we knew gave us a very sloppy introduction to the point so that we didn't think we understand anything.) In the end, with Ava's help, we managed to win the house located on English St at auction through phonecall. Many thanks to Ava！We will be asking for her help again if we buy a another house in Christchurch!

We had awesome experience with Ava, she is really professional in the area and helped us to find a good house for us. We will use Ava again when we buy the next house.

Dee helped us a lot during the purchase, super responsive, super efficient and reliable, she is there whenever you have any questions, she gave us useful information and advises based on her experience and resources, without her we couldn’t move into our lovely new home in such short time. 5 stars buying experience with Dee, I would definitely recommend her to any buyer and seller.

Ava always made sure we understood the process for buying our new home.

Dee is a pleasure to deal with, professional agent, high recommended!

Dee has been very responsive for any queries from us, and always respond with good information. Dee has also presented us lots of good properties that meet our requirements, and we are very grateful for that. She also helps us on auction which turns out with great results. Highly recommended!
