Ava Wang is a hard-working and trustable agent. She very quickly understood my needs, provided timely assistance and helpful advice at each step so that I was able to make an informed decision. Without her excellent service, the purchase of my current house would not have been successful. A big thank to you, Ava!
Ada go extra mile to promote my house, keeping adequate communications and updates, strategically working on the sales for optimal outcome
Jane Fennel and Lin Ma were great to work with. They kept me informed, were focused on the sale and profesional in their approach to marketing and to me. I had lived in the house for 52 years. They were sensitive to my emotional involvement with the house and guided me through the process
We selected Jane Fennell as our buying agent to help us find a house. Jane was exceptional. She was practical, honest in her opinions and very professional. Jane was consistently helpful over our 6 month journey to find the perfect house that ticked 8 out of 10 of our boxes. She was always more than happy to show us any property and sometimes needed to change her own previous commitments to accomodate us. Jane was always very polite with other against, who all had respect for her. Her skills in helping us secure a property with a reasonably challenging set of criteria were excellent and surpassed by her skills on our behalf, bidding at the auction. We would highly recommend Jane to buy or sell a house.
Ava is a very professional and honest property agent with integrity; she made the whole process of selling my property smooth and hassle free. She also has a good communication skill and always makes things clear and easy to understand. She really puts her heart and great effort into her job as a property agent. I would certainly recommend her as a property agent.

Jane was very professional from the moment we met. Her vast experience came across confidently and was determined to get the best price for us. Would highly recommend Jane and her team to anyone. Thanks again Jane.
The house was referred by a friend of mine, so I went straight to the open home without viewing the web prior. Thank God I didn't! Or otherwise I would just miss it as i thought it was too good to be mine. Lin put a good effort persuading me that I can afford it and she did it! She helped me bidding in the auction and we won! I am really appreciated! It is my dream house within an affordable price. I can't believe I was so lucky! She has done a great job! 10/5!
We had to deal with Jane Fennell. She greeted us warmly and explained the basics about the property. We were interested in the property and communicated with Jane, who assisted us in a number of ways by sharing relevant information sources and facts about the property.
