Ava was a very dedicated real estate agent. We were not living in Christchurch, we travelled there in April 2020 and visited three Open Homes with the Ava' assistance. She explained the houses' layouts and ages in detail. And she analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the houses. She also observed the existing problems of the three houses. unfortunately we didn't choose the three houses. We stayed in touch with Ava when we got back to Palmerston North and view the property via facetime chat. She analyzed the house report with us too. (Another agent we knew gave us a very sloppy introduction to the point so that we didn't think we understand anything.) In the end, with Ava's help, we managed to win the house located on English St at auction through phonecall.
