It was an easier process in the height of the property market compared to now but still the same processes should be adhered to Request all Real-Estate companies in the area to “quote” Tell them what you want and need, the costs, commission levels, admin costs, marketing costs. You will find the above questions will weed out real-estate agents that cant give you or wont give you the information you want. Do your homework about how active and proactive an agent is in the area, are they selling houses, to the point that you will know which agent you would want to work with and why.
