Scott impressed me from the start by coming to our initial meeting prepared with market research, initial estimates and a marketing plan. He kept the communication up throughout the process (essential because I know live overseas) and had many many potential buyers through property. I was also super impressed with how many potential buyers there were at auction. The house sold for a price far higher than expected, and I credit the sale price to Scott's motivation at finding potential buyers, and preparing them to make sure they were comfortable with the auction process.
