As a first time home seller (on behalf of my parents), Mike was able to gain trust, provide sound advise and follow through. the day of "filming" the property was done professionally by the Ledger team. Communications was clear, and concise with questions answers simply and direct. Thank you for the professional team effort.
Very straight forward transaction, great communication & excellent service A++++
Our experience with Team Ledger was absolutely seamless. From the initial meeting to agreeing to sell with them, we were kept informed and regularly updated with weekly interest reports and phone calls. From beginning to end, we felt important and knew we were in good hands. The photos, 3D tour, drone footage and general marketing all turned out amazing. The Team gave us really good advice in terms of what we could do to improve the value of our property as well as advice on the best method of sale. We ended choosing to sell via Auction which was a great experience and paid off as we sold at the top end of our expectation.
During an incredibly challenging time, Scott and the team were professional, persistent and unfailingly positive. Their enthusiasm and expertise were essential to helping us achieve an excellent sale.
I was blown away by Scott's ability to negotiate the best offer for us. I found him very professional and hard worker.
Scott has excellent knowledge of the property market, he was great in communicating the progress with us. Scott was professional, friendly and understanding. Choose Scott for buying and selling your home to get excellent results.
Team Ledger sold our house with no issues, with brilliant advice and speed. When they said they would do or achieve something - they did! And immediately! We were so impressed with Team Ledger that we now call Scott Ledger "Scott Legend" and we highly recommend that anyone wanting to sell their property contact "Team Legend".
Tania was very personable, professional and accommodating when I wanted to view the property a few times. Very helpful and supportive on auction day.
Always helpful, friendly demeanour and honest hard work on our behalf and that of their client
My experience with Tania and Tracy was great they both informed me of the marketing that was being done on my behalf. and as it was a unusual time to be selling with the Covid 19 Lockdown happening the day after I signed to sell.It was a long wait before any movement was allowed. So under those conditions I was very pleased with Team Ledger and the effort they made.
The open home was well organised and presented by the harcourts team with professionalism and integrity. The process of acquiring the property was stress-free compared to previous properties I had seeked with other agencies. Scott was prompt in organising times for the building inspection and explained the contracts clearly. This was the defining factor in my decision to pursue this property. Thank you Scott and thanks team Harcourt.
Mike and Team Ledger went above and beyond to achieve our desired outcome. They took the stress out and kept us informed all along. They really listened and understood our specific needs and were happy to answer every single question in such a timely manner. We will definitely recommend Team Ledger to anyone selling and buying a house.
