Tuesday May 19 2026 sunny morning approximately 1030 I phoned 0275487020 and not much happened BUT at approximately 1051 my phone rang and the lady said Hi Dionne here from REDHOT REAL ESTATE WAIMATE. In the next approximately 3 minutes and 25 seconds a DEAL was done. SOEASY ! .

As soon as we saw a house we loved,Dionne and Jules gave us ideas on what could help make our current house sell and get it on the market as soon as possible to get the result we wanted. The team then went to work on making sure the chain was complete. We went unconditional in early June and looking to move into our new property in late July.
