Matt and Jev, we don’t know where to begin but will start with thank you, thank you so much. Thank you for coming on board after a previous failed campaign of 8 months on the market and taking our property under your wing with dedication, compassion and the upmost professionalism. We initially chose Bayleys Northwest, Matt and Jev through the amazing feedback they had received and I’m so happy we made that decision. From day one you assured us that our property would sell and you told us exactly what to do to put our best foot forward. You both work cohesively together and every process felt simple. You taught us the processing of selling and we felt included every step of the way. The marketing of our home was incredible from the photos, social media to the incredible video that you included our kids in. It showed us a fun side of selling our home and what an incredible memory for our kids. Matt and Jev communicated with us the whole way and we never felt in the dark about what was happening. We were very nervous about the auction process and once we had a pre-auction over we initially were worried and anxious about how it would play out however you answered all our questions and always created a safe place to do so. We are still in shock that our home sold at auction and for more than we ever expected.
