The dream team for buying our first home

Team Jev and Matt went above and beyond in every aspect of our house hunt. We first connected with them over a house we missed out on at auction, but after that experience, we knew they were incredibly competent and wanted to continue our search alongside them. As time went on, they quickly narrowed down our search by really taking the time to understand our brief. They stayed within our price point and found properties that suited both my husband’s and my needs. They even picked up on aspects of a home we didn’t know we wanted until Jev and Matt showed us! Never once did we feel like they were simply trying to get a sale out of us. They were patient, reassuring and always reminded us that good things take time. This was something we felt right from the beginning and one of the main reasons we wanted to stick by their side throughout the entire search. Matt attended the auction for 18 Meteor Road while we bid over the phone. He guided us through the whole process, helped keep our emotions in check and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. When we finally won the auction, it genuinely felt like he was just as happy for us as we were!
