We highly recommend Matthew as we are very satisfied with the cooperation with Matthew. We admire his positive work attitude and work efficiency. He collected data and info as much as he could to help us make decisions, that was very professional. Matthew has great ideas that promote our listing campaign. We like Matthew's work passion and we also appreciate Matthew's recommendation on photograph that makes our campaign successful!

Jevin Chao was our listing agent when we sell our house, and we are very satisfied with his work and efficiency, so we cooperated with him again when we bought our new house. He made a smart, feasible and logical schedule for our listing campaign and provided very enough and clear information on vendor reports every week. He cared about our rights and interests in every negotiation no matter with buyers or listing agents. We can see Jevin has the passion on his work and he is a super intelligent guy. He replied all questions we asked, and answered phones on 6 am early morning. He is a responsible, stable and positive property agent. We believe Jevin will have a fantastic achievement in this industry with no doubt.

I came across Jevin while attending a view under his listing. Jevin struck me as super efficient, friendly, honest and professional. I can tell that he's so passionate about his job and so genuine about all advice he gives. I started to rely on Jevin as my purchaser agent for my ongoing hunt in 2021. He is the one who always arrived on time and earlier than me. He prepares well before attending to all veiw appointments. Every question I asked got answered. Jevin is not the first real estate agent that I used but is the best one I can trust - as a professional I know how hard it is to gain that kind of trust and confidence. Will definitely get in touch with him at first place should I consider selling. I wish Jevin keeps his professionalism and passion - definitely recommend him to be your agent.

Matt has a nice relaxed manner and a good sense of humour. He was very supportive and helpful when things got serious and responded promptly to all my questions and requests. Highly recommend him.

After dealing with several agents who dismissed me and were not taking me seriously, I was lucky to be put in touch with Matthew. He is extremely professional, very responsive, listens carefully to your needs and works tirelessly to find you the right place. I bought my first property with Matthew’s help and I would highly recommend his services.

Buying is a harrowing experience, but Matt had my back. He treated me like a person and not a ticket to his next commission.

Matthew had very strong communication skills and explained each step of the process well. He has good market knowledge so I am confident in the quality of his service.

Jevin has been fantastic in helping us to upgrade our property! He knows the market well and able to build a relationship. Jevin went above and beyond from the beginning and was always reachable to help with any questions we had along the way. Thanks for the excellent service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy properties.

That's all good from my view.

Fast and timely reaction, professional performance during the whole selling term! We have missed a couple of offers but Jevin always keeps a premium standard of performance that works on buyers for us, really appreciate it and definitely recommend him to other owners who want to achieve an excellent sale of their proerty!

Jevin is a very nice, professional agent, good and reliable communicator and always willing to help. I can highly recommend him.
