My husband and I began the process of selling our house in February 2024. There was a lot of noise/pressure around how to sell/what would be the best way to sell ... and as we were trying to determine the agents to use, we sat down with Jeremy and Linda, who had a different approach to other agents we'd met with. I appreciated their detailed report letting us know where each potential buyer stood. As it came time for offers to come in, they worked hard to negotiate the best outcome for us (in a way that was good for the eventual buyers too!). In a market where homes were consistently selling under CV, ours went above, and we were thrilled! Their approach worked and they walked us through it every step of the way. Very grateful for the time and care they put into their work -- you can tell they truly love it and that they care about the people they work with/on behalf of!
