After first interviewing two agents, we found Fiona was confident that she could realise a good price for the property. The standard of workmanship that went into her initial presentation, covering both her and Sotheby’s experiences and business assessments, was well above that of her competitors. However, to achieve this, she going to have to set set herself a very high and professional standard. She demonstrated a sound knowledge of the market and a confident enthusiasm to move ahead with the job of acting as our agent, and truely representing OUR interests. Rather than being one of the many agents that shuffle between the vendor, and a possible purchaser, that may, or may not, have materialised out of the woodwork. Fiona had a current data base of clients that eventually resulted in the house selling within a week. Despite having an interested client ready to go, she still pursued the market via two open homes, to tap into any new potential purchasers, that might still have been a benefit to us. Fiona was business like in her following up the buyer and keeping us in formed on progress. She had practical and inexpensive suggestions on how to best present the house for sale, and played an active part in helping us achieve this standard. Fiona worked diligently between the vendor and their solicitor, as the house was in a trust. We have had no concerns about the selling process and her professionalism through any, and all the stages of the selling process. Well done Fiona, and thanks again for charting us through what could have become stressful process. John P (trustee)
