She responded to my first call very quickly and after an initial viewing of the house she produced a detailed market evaluation with a marketing plan. I was happy with the plan and her suggestions for preparing the house for sale. An added bonus was the extra staging she was able to provide which I think made the place look amazing. Fiona communicated well and kept me up to date with developments throughout the marketing campaign and the subsequent sale.
