Nathan and Michelle and team were awesome to deal with and the result was better than expected in what was a cooling market. The property was well marketed and generated considerable interest which let us choose between multiple offers when the time came. When the first offer fell over the team jumped right back into it generating another multi offer for us. So within 5 days of the original contract falling over we had the second offer go unconditional at more money than the first. They communicated transparently throughout and made the process super easy. Couldn't recommend enough to buy or sell through.

It’s one thing getting a deal over the line in a heated market but it’s another thing trying to do the same in a less then ideal market. Nathan, Michelle and Holly were pleasant to deal with from the beginning till the end, didn’t set any unrealistic expectations and communicated things the way they were. To be blunt, my property wasn’t the easiest to market in many ways but they eventually achieved an outcome that was acceptable considering the market conditions. It was like dealing with a family business in a good way.

After first listing my unit with Nathan late March 2022 we experienced quite a sudden and full-on change in the market which majorly impacted the selling process. On top of that we had a very wet miserable winter which never helps things. Nathan and his team weathered the storm, holding relentless open homes, private viewings and dealing with offers falling over despite date extensions, but never faltered from the plan. Finally after 41/2 months of perseverance we managed to get a sale across the finish line. A huge thank you to Nathan for endless calm and patience, great communication and at times much-needed humour.
