Even before we entered the property we felt like it could be our home. This was down to Glenn and Lee's attention to detail - the photos, the video (with the cute dog!) and the beautifully written description of the house were all wonderfully presented. Upon viewing the property we were met by Glenn who welcomed us and gave us a run down of the home. He then passed us over to Lee who carried this warm welcome on throughout the home. They'd clearly done their research on the area, the home and neighbours. Organising a second viewing with our builder was done seamlessly. Once we placed our offer, Lee kept us in the loop the whole time, either via phone call, txt or email. As anxious first home buyers this helped put us at ease! The work they both put in was second to none and we are so incredibly grateful to them both.
