This was our first home purchase, and we felt out of our depth and a little unsure, based on previous open homes and how 'pushy' some of the other real estate agents had been. Upon shaking Glenn's hand and introducing ourselves, we knew that we were going to be just fine. Having Glenn there to help us navigate this whole process was instrumental in us pulling this off. He had such a pleasant and calming nature and was genuinely invested in us as a family and as buyers. My wife and I both feel very fortunate to have met Glenn. He has set the standard and my expectations for what a real estate agent should be - I really feel for any real estate agents I might encounter in the future, because they'll have to live up to what I'm calling the 'Glenn factor'.
